1. Apply

2. Exploratory call

  • A short video call with one of our team members.
  • We’ll explore your experience, motivation, and interest in HRW.
  • If there’s a good match you’ll move on to the interview.

3. Interview & Assessment

A 60-minute virtual or in-person interview including:

  • A short Passion Presentation (5 mins)
  • Competency-based questions
  • Assessment task (where applicable)

How to Prepare:

  • Bring your authentic, passionate self—we value genuine conversations.
  • Summarise your experience in 60 seconds.
  • Use real examples that reflect your skills and values.
  • Share your aspirations and what excites you about HRW.
  • Come with questions—it’s a two-way conversation.

We want you to leave the interview feeling seen, heard, and inspired!

4. Offer

  • Successful candidates receive an offer and pre-employment checks (if needed)
  • Feedback is provided to all final-stage candidates

First 6 months to success

  • Meet and greet – get to know who’s who!
  • Tailoring a development plan that works for you
  • Mentor and coaching support with your ‘buddy’ (we’ll pair you with a member of the team that shares your vibe)
